Mike and Jamie have been overseas at the Nurember Toy and Hobby Fair in Germany checking out some of the new releases from our suppliers in 2012! January 22, 2012 44We had a great night of indoor flying at ETSA Park in Adelaide last Thursday - Mike brought along some new models and we had a great turnout of indoor flyers ready for action! November 17, 2011 28In the absence of our great scribe, the Phoenix, who is suffering from a nasty lung infection, the apprentice has stepped up. Fortunately the Masters Games are over and all the table tennis players have gone back to ..... wherever table tennis players go. The only netball activity in the stadium was complete by 8.45 and we had the place to ourselves. A good crowd was on hand with a variety of models on show. October 02, 2011 55This was a special night, for we of the Indoor Flying Movement became an integral part of the famous Bay to Birdwood Motor Rally. With over 1800 Entries it has become the largest event of its type in the world and, for the first time in its history, we were one of their subsidiary events, known as “Cruising Classics.” We wanted this to be a night to remember and with the main highlight of our programme being Hamish Scott and his Blade 450 helicopter with a fascinating programme of full-on aerobatics, it was just that for nearly 90 people who had not witnessed this type of flying, either indoor or outside, before.
