Yes, we sometimes ship to select countries internationally if the parcel is small. Each delivery rate is calculated depending on location, size and weight. Modelflight warrants to the original purchaser, that any Modelflight purchase will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, or we’ll replace it at no charge, you pay only for return shipping and handling. (Proof of purchase from Modelflight must be provided).

If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery.  If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately on 08-8186-4250. We'll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim.

Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.

If you receive faulty merchandise, please call us on 08-8186-4250 before returning for advice and/or return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments; however, some manufacturers prefer to handle defects directly and for some products a replacement may simply be issued. Defects found after the product is in use usually fall under manufacturer's warranty. A customer service representative will be happy to help you determine which procedure is appropriate for you. If it is determined that you should send your product back to us, please ensure that you enclose this Returns Form with all relevant details filled out.

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Model Flight team. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you within 12 months, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition under the following guidelines: Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. If you would like to return a product to us simply complete the Returns Form and put it with the returning item in an envelope, satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport.

We offer a great range of delivery services, specific to your location and purchase. Model Flight reserves to right to upgrade the freight method to a courier service at no extra cost to the recipient.  Model Flight also reserves to right to cancel an order if it deems the freight method is suitable to ensure the parcel arrives in acceptable conditions.

Please note that large or heavy items CANNOT be shipped to PO Boxes. We must have a street address for any item/parcel totalling over 5kg in weight or over 1050mm in length

This is an ordinary post service generally used for smaller items. This service is NOT insured, comes with no tracking number/details, and, is used at the customer's own risk. For insured freight please select the courier option.
