Android-Powered Touchscreen

With just a tap you can make precise setting changes using this full-colour, 4.5-inch, easy-to-read iX14+ touchscreen interface that brings you high-level detail in crisp and clear text. In 90 seconds, you can cold boot this radio from off to fully functional and it will reactivate from sleep in 10 seconds or less. Being a completely functional Android interface with full connectivity you can upload an evolving array of apps from the Google Play store to get the most out of your iX14+ SE. 

Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB Connectivity

With Smart technology becoming the norm, the iX14+ Special Edition can keep up with, grow and adapt to continuous change with WiFi, Bluetooth and USB functionalities. Configure Smart receivers and other related products wirelessly from this radio utilising the Forward Programming function. Once you have uploaded the Spektrum AirWare app you will receive update alerts automatically and you can also add third-party apps as well as download model setups. Charging the internal Li-Ion battery on the ix14+ is made simple with a USB-C port and the included USB-C adapter and magnetic USB cable, or you can use any USB to USB-C cable. You can also use the USB-C port to recognise accessory devices, connect flight controllers and give you a handy link to your laptop or PC.     

Compatible with Smart Technology

Accessing real-time telemetry data through Smart technology is child's play with the iX14+ which allows you to keep your equipment and aircraft in peak condition. Knowing exactly where your motor temperature, battery voltage and more sits in real-time enables you to make in-flight adjustments, change batteries etc when you most need to. Installations with this transmitter are made easier by the compatibility it uses through telemetry-enabled sensors and receivers. The Smart Telemetry compatibility that is built-in to the iX14+ SE means it will support the all-in-one telemetry of Spektrum Smart ESCs, receivers and batteries with multiple screens and warnings.  

Upgraded Hall Effect Gimbals

The gimbals on the iX14+ SE feature machined aluminium gimbals with hall-effect sensors that offer you low maintenance, advanced precision, and super smooth handling that can be easily adjusted via the front of the transmitter. 

Speech-To-Text Functionality

While using wired headsets you can access the speech-to-text functionality that will allow you to set up custom telemetry warnings, situation reports and more by applying the voice recognition software programmed into your iX14+. 

Superb Ergonomics

The ergonomics and weight distribution designed into the iX14+ have been enhanced to accommodate a wide range of pilot needs. This translates to a brilliant blend of comfort, functionality and balance that complements the precision and speed of DSMX technology. Key ergonomic features not already outlined include comfortable non-slip rubber grips, adjustable stick length and travel range, four different user-adjustable mode configurations, and user-adjustable push button power on/off and switch assignments.  

250-Model Memory

Your iX14+ can store up to 250 models and you can put more on an SD card or internal memory. This means your whole fleet of RC aircraft can be stored on one radio. You can rest easy as well as Spektrum Model Match technology gives you the security of knowing that you won't be accidentally flying a different model on the wrong settings. All you need to do is choose the model you want to fly, start the power to the aircraft, then the Spektrum iX14+ Special Edition transmitter will take care of the rest!
