This truck is focused exclusively on the thrill of "sending it" with its insane power, and ability to do large jumps and take on the unkind terrain. Based on the successful LMT chassis, the Losi Mega Truck is a combination of what drivers are looking for – overbuilt, overpowered and ready to fling mud everywhere. Whether it is the Bog Hog or the King Sling Mega Truck, you can perform insane backflips, power through the deepest mud puddles, and jump higher and further than ever before.

From the body design to the intricate details in the graphics, Losi have produced an accurate representation of the real-world Bog Hog and King Sling Mega Mud Trucks. They worked exclusively with the biggest names in the sport, Dennis and Weston Anderson to get even the smallest details correct on the officially licensed bodies. They have even included a driver insert with a safety seat, headers, and fuel cell to make this truck look as authentic as possible. The officially licensed 6.5-inch-tall D&D Paddy tyre has an aggressive deep tractor tread that gives you the most grip in the mud and the chrome wheel features a replaceable centre hub to add wheel durability. It looks just like the real thing, it’s as impressive as the real thing and you can drive it like the real thing.

Powder-coated like the real trucks, the twin vertical plate chassis has superior strength and offers multiple tuning and setup options. For the ultimate level of handling characteristics, the chassis plates provide tuning options for those who want to mount the shocks to the lower 4-link bar (sold separately). There are two battery mounting options allowing the consumer to use a full-size pack to get the most run time or use a “shorty” pack for a lower centre of gravity.

The 4-link solid-axle design features an internal metal drivetrain that can withstand the constant abuse that these RC trucks were made for. The differential is also sealed to hold oil that can be changed to different weights to tune your truck for your specific needs. Adjustable caster and toe also let you dial in those tiny details that make a significant difference in performance. The metal drive train with CUSH drive technology is utilised to handle the 3S and 4S power. The CUSH drive technology uses rubber elastomers on the main centre drive gear to act as a torque dampener and protect the drive train when it experiences sudden impact while not losing any power output like a traditional slipper clutch.

Embracing the impacts of big jumps and rough terrain are the long travel oil-filled coil-over shocks with rubber bump stops. They are fully sealed and tuneable to optimise performance. For added durability the new shock shafts have more thread engagement into the shock rod ends and now include nutted shock shafts. The new shock spring cups also feature a removable shock shaft guard to keep any debris away from the shock shafts for extended O-ring and bushing life.

The Losi Bog Hog and King Sling Mega Truck are fitted out with the new Spektrum Firma 3668-2800kv waterproof brushless motor and 4S capable 130A Spektrum Firma Smart ESC, controlled by the Spektrum DX3 DSMR Smart radio.
