E-Flite T-28 Trojan 1.2m with Smart Technology, BNF Basic, EFL18350

The easiest to fly and most powerful T-28 model yet is about to hit the skies and this E-flite T-28 Trojan 1.2m warbird will not disappoint. Complete with functional retracts and flaps this warbird is a ‘full house’ model. The specially tuned motor in the factory-installed brushless power system along with the 3-blade prop, and, the Spektrum 70-amp Avian Smart Lite ESC combine to give you incredible thrust with a 3S LiPo battery. Put in a 4S LiPo battery and you can go even faster and enjoy pretty much unlimited vertical aerobatics without the need for upgrades or modifications. The BNF version includes a Spektrum AR631 receiver that when combined with Smart or non-Smart batteries enables the Smart Lite ESC to give the pilot a number of different real-time power system telemetry data including battery voltage levels, motor RPM, current and more. You will need a Spektrum AirWare equipped transmitter (DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/3 and 8 G2, the DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, iX12, iX20 and others). The AR631 receiver also has exclusive SAFE Select and AS3X technology installed. This means that the E-flite T-28 Trojan 1.2m is set up to be the perfect ‘next step’ RC warbird model after you have become competent with your trainer model.

The airframe on the E-flite T-28 Trojan 1.2m is made from a fully moulded EPO reinforced composite that is both tough and lightweight. Built into this durable body are the type of scale details that warbird enthusiasts look for including an instrument panel, a pilot figure and panel lines. The factory finish on the T-28 is the well known red and white trim scheme along with all-new nose art and markings. Operational flaps and retracts with strut covers and doors have been factory installed to replicate the functional features on the full-scale T-28 Trojan.

The 1.2m size of the E-flite T-28 Trojan 1.2m means easy to transport and store without the need to disassemble. If needed the one-piece wing can be removed and reinstalled as there is no glue required to put this RC warbird together. Experienced and intermediate pilots will enjoy what the E-flite T-28 Trojan 1.2m has to offer.

Exclusive Spektrum Technology

The Spektrum DSMX receiver fitted in the E-flite T-28 Trojan 1.2m features the AS3X (Artificial Stabilization 3 aXis) system that nullifies the effects of turbulence and wind by working behind the scenes to provide increased precision and stability when your RC plane experiences non-optimal flying conditions.

SAFE Select is optional technology that gives the E-flite T-28 Trojan 1.2m an extra margin of safety by enabling features that will ensure your flight envelope is limited to keep you out of trouble until you are a better flyer or have familiarized yourself with the controls. No programming is required to engage SAFE Select as it is built into the receiver. You just need to follow the manual directions and change up the binding sequence to switch it on.
