This revised version of the Fusion comes with an extremely rigid and lightweight redeveloped mainframe as well as a newly developed tail case featuring a belt-driven tail giving the pilot increased performance and durability. The oversized tail boom that hosts this belt is large enough that the Fusion can do without boom supports. Improving control efficiency to the swashplate and reducing mechanical loss is the optimized servo geometry on the Fusion. The colour scheme on the Blade Fusion 180 Smart Helicopter is vibrant and bright for easy viewing from the ground and the painted carbon fibre tail fin gives this RC Heli a sleek styling finish.

The Blade Fusion 180 Smart Helicopter is packed with advanced Spektrum technology starting with the optimized geometry Spektrum 3055 and 3065 servos. The flybarless system is the new Spektrum AR6250MHX that features forward programming, two remote receiver ports for diversity, advanced adaptive flight control algorithms, low-latency high-speed operation, 6-axis M.E.M.S. inertial sensor, and a vibration rejecting aluminium lower case. Your Spektrum transmitter will receive ESC and battery voltage, current, temperature and RPM data all transmitted from the Spektrum Avian 15mAh ESC through one wire. You will get higher resolution signal input and highly accurate motor output from the Avian ESC 32-bit M4 processor that gives the pilot a superb locked-in feel and active throttle response.

To ensure your flying experience with the Blade Fusion 180 Smart Helicopter involves more air time than ground time, you can engage the exclusive Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope (SAFE) technology. SAFE Technology is an electronic flight envelope protection system that includes Panic Recovery mode which returns the Fusion to a level altitude, as well as setting the pitch and bank angle limits. This makes it easier for pilots to improve their flying to the point where they can confidently tackle simple to advanced manoeuvres as well as 3D stunts.
