As with all APC propellers, this product is made using a pultrusion process which results in a higher fibre (60%) to resin (nylon binder) density. This gives you more strength and stiffness than glass-filled nylon props. This stiffness helps manage the vibration resonance response. Additionally, the strength allows for the use of thinner cross sections, which is beneficial for weight and aerodynamic efficiency.
