Known as one of THE most durable platforms around the globe the legendary TEN RC platform was renowned for its ability to tackle off-road terrain with a level of performance that raised the bar. The TENACITY® DB Pro 1/10-scale 4WD Buggy continues that lineage with a dominating new version that features a fully adjustable DB Pro suspension and drive train, and, an ultra-tough composite chassis built to handle pretty much any terrain.  Underpinning the legendary toughness of the TENACITY® DB Pro 1/10-scale 4WD Buggy is the 3mm 6061-T6 aluminium chassis plate. Integrated into the design of this classic RC buggy is a realistic roll cage constructed with a toughened composite material. 

You get a full metric hardware package with the TENACITY® DB Pro 1/10-scale 4WD Buggy and aluminium features that are only optional on competitors’ offerings. All four corners have adjustable 12mm oil-filled shocks that are fully adjustable and enable the handling on this 4WD RC buggy to be tuned exactly to your preference and the driving conditions.

Super tough, super SMART with Spektrum Technology

The TENACITY® DB Pro 1/10-scale 4WD Buggy is kitted out with all the latest technology featuring a Spektrum Firma 4-Pole 550 motor with 3150Kv and when combined with the Spektrum Smart 130A Brushless ESC and a 3-cell LiPo you can hit speeds in excess of 80km/h. The Smart 130A ESC comes pre-wired with an IC5 high-current connector, is completely programmable, and, waterproof. Compatible with NiMh and 2S to 3S LiPo’s this ESC will also work with most sensorless brushless motors. Along with the ESC, the servo and receiver are also waterproof with all of them being sealed so you don’t need to stop when the rain starts.

The DX3 transmitter from Spektrum gives the driver precise control with AVC technology installed, travel adjust, battery monitor, and, a 3-position throttle limiting switch. Included with the TENACITY® DB Pro 1/10-scale 4WD Buggy kit is the all-new Spektrum SPMSRS6200A AVC telemetry receiver. Add the Bluetooth module that enables you to use the Spektrum Dashboard App and you will have access to even more telemetry data. Keeping this legendary RC desert buggy with its feet firmly on the ground are the Falken Wildpeak MT tyres mounted on Method wheels. The scale-inspired Desert Buggy body on the 4WD TENACITY® DB Pro 1/10-scale has a wheel design inspired by full-scale off-road counterparts plus a new rear wing. Both trim schemes are fully licensed from Fox Racing and Lucas Oil so you will be looking good while performing at an ultra-high level.   

Stay in control with AVC

Active Vehicle Control (AVC) is a system built into your receiver that works in conjunction with your own driving to make hundreds of positive adjustments per second to your steering and throttle in order to maximise the ability of the TENACITY® DB Pro 1/10-scale 4WD Buggy to achieve traction. This means that you spend less time spinning your wheels and more time keeping grip as you race across various surfaces. The AVC system has a patent-pending and is exclusive to Horizon Hobby vehicles. If you’re feeling confident enough in your own abilities you can simply disable AVC until such time that you think you will need it.
