Product Information

New 8IGHT 4.0 suspension geometry, new everything!

RC carTo say this Team Losi Racing 8IGHT 4.0 has new features would be an understatement. And we think these features are pretty damn great, so we’re going to list them.

It has… a new body pattern, chassis side guards, front and rear chassis supports, front and rear suspension arms, suspension arm stiffener plates, spindles, spindle carriers, rear hubs, steering bellcranks, rod ends and shock bushings, and driveshaft boots. See, we told you!

All you need to know about these new features is that they’ll help you drive easier, and better. We’re talking faster lap times, minimal mistakes, and greater control.

Advanced drivetrain layout, designed for winning

The front driveshaft angle brings the power to the front, so you can better control your driving. You’ll notice the large bearing spindles and hubs too – custom designed for an outer bearing 8x16x5 in size.

RC competition buggy

It’s not just the spindles and hubs that are big. The footprint engine mount is bigger in size, so you can say goodbye to chassis drowsiness on high grip race surfaces.

Strong 4mm aluminium chassis

TLR’s 8IGHT 4.0 buggy is custom-designed for unforgiving surfaces. Its durable 4mm chassis won’t hesitate over any surfaces… and we mean any. Its 7075-T6 aluminum shock towers with brand new camber link and shock location holes keep everything in place.

And there is no need to worry about dirt getting in places in shouldn’t be. Rubber protects the drivetrain and dog bone boots from wear and tear on the universal joints.

TLR really have outdone themselves…

If you’re looking for a competition racing buggy that offers great performance, design and ease of use, TLR’s 8IGHT 4.0 buggy is for you.

It takes between 3-5 hours to put together, so you can make a day of it.
