The new Powerline Micro 1025 Turbo motor is specially designed for use on F5J models that have a ballast provision and can get a heavy 2.4 Kg model to 200m in 30 seconds even in windy conditions. It will, of course, be fine when the model is flown un ballasted too. (1600 gm model to 350+ metres in 30 seconds, or a long way upwind and up to 180 metres)) It is also perfect for converted F3J models which usually weigh more than modern F5J models. The max current is around 50A on a 3S LiPo with a max capacity of 1600 mAh. This version has forced cooling allowing even higher power for a given weight of powertrain. And if you require even more power and lower current draw then the use of 4S is a possibility.
It is about 20-25% more powerful than the original 1025 3S motor.
