Notes	Droughty Hill is a great spot to fly in almost any wind conditions. The only wind that is not suitable is a South Easterly. Prevailing winds are South Westerly to North Westerly exposing the entire Western face for flying. When a rare easterly blows in the eastern side of the hill is awesome and a far slower wind produces excellent lift due to the steep inclination of the eastern slope. Our experience shows that any wind over 10knts as indicated on the live weather station is flyable although we generally prefer wind above 15knts. We fly mostly foamies due to the rocky nature of the hill including DAW Me163, CS Jazz, Taipan 3, CS PC-9, Southern Sail Planes' Prelude, FW-190 from S&B.
