The Omega is a further development of the successful Alpha 180. The extended wing span to 2040 mm and the ailerons provides excellent thermal and turning characteristics. Both ailerons can be deflected up to provide a braking effect. The model is in almost ready to fly kit. All that is needed is to install the radio, speed controller and battery.
Since many parts are screwed together, Only a little glue is required to complet assembly. The extremely tough fuselage is made of shock resistant blow moulded plastic. The wings and tail are in classic balsa construction and are covered with transparent Solarfilm. The type 600 motor and folding propeller are pre-installed. All pushrods are of the correct length. The radio tray is made of injected ABS.
