Overview Aggressive Holding Power! Advanced performance at standard gyro prices -- JR's new G660T sets a new standard for mid-priced gyros. The G660T features JR's new tail lock system that precisely maintains heading, even during some of the most aggressive sideways and backwards 3D maneuvers. A switched channel selects between tail lock and conventional gyro modes. JR's new Drift Offset Update Function eliminates rudder trim changes throughout the flight. In tail lock mode, the G660T offers a tight accurate feel around center with no wandering or bounce back as with some other heading lock gyros. More to gain JR's G660T uses two auxiliary channels: One to adjust the gain, and the second to switch between heading lock and standard mode. A two-color LED on the side of the amp indicates which mode you're in. Gain adjustments are easy to make and understand. The higher the gain value in the transmitter, the more gain you have. Measuring 32mm x 36mm x 30mm in size and weighing 18 grams, the sensor is housed in a vibration-dampened case that is plated with a heat-reflective coating. Included also is pre-cut servo tape that is used to mount the sensor in place. Jr's G660T perfectly maintained rudder and trim throughout our test flights. In tail lock mode, the G660T would precisely maintain the tail position, even during backwards rolls and loops. In fact, other than the newly released JR 5000T Extreme Gyro, the G660T is the best gyro that we've ever flown. Affordable tail lock technology -- what are you waiting for? |
