Protech Alpha 180 inc Motor  The Alpha 180 is one of our most successful electric powered gliders. The design provides forgiving flight characteristics and long flight times and is therefore the ideal electric powered model for novice pilots. The model is also a true ready to fly kit and can be ready for take-off in less than 1 hour. All that is needed is to install the radio, speed controller and battery. Since all parts are screwed together, there is no need to glue anything to assemble this glider. The extreme tough fuselage is made of shock resistant blow molded plastic. The wings and tail are in classic balsa construction and are covered with transparent Solarfilm. The type 600 motor and folding propeller are pre-installed. All pushrods are of the correct length. The radio tray is made of injected ABS.
