Overview
This is the collectors jet you have been waiting for!, this Super Hornet is finished in the RAAF 20th anniversary scheme and will leave you speechless.
The jet comes complete with a powerful "state-of-the-art" 90mm fan unit with a 1750Kv outrunner brushless motor pre-installed, and an 85 amp ESC with a switching mode BEC. The foam airframe is completely pre-painted and decorated and comes with 9 servos pre-installed, and for additional strength we have included carbon tubes to reinforce the wings. The aluminium landing gear is sprung to absorb some of the landing loads and is completely retractable (The front Landing Gear is also housed behind operating Gear doors!). The landing gear in this jet have been upgraded to "servo-less retracts" and do not require any end point adjustment; they are actuated by small electric motors and worm drives, and operate at a scale-like speed without the need for any slow-down modules. Included as an extra bonus on this limited edition Aussie Hornet is a 7-LED Midnight Flyer lighting system with bright red, green and white LEDs all pre-installed.
Assembly of the Super Hornet is easy and straight forward with each step being covered in the photo-illustrated assembly manual provided with the kit. A Programming guide to Spektrum/Jr radios is also provided in this manual. The airframe includes two 360 degree thrust vectoring nozzles for some "out-of-this-world" wild aerobatics and great low-speed, high-alpha handling. Even at low speed passes the rudder function of the thrust vector nozzles keep the model in perfect control. This jet has so much thrust behind its installed 90mm fan that Grass take offs perform with ease. All servos and Lightning Systems are pre-installed, leaving you an estimated building time of around 1.5hours.

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Model Flight team. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you within 12 months, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition under the following guidelines.
Returns Policy
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise. Radios must be returned with unmounted servos and switch harness.
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents. In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage the contents or packaging.
Please return your item to Modelflight with a completed Returns form.
Freight charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our shop.
Warranty
Modelflight also warrants to the original purchaser that any Modelflight purchase will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, or we’ll replace it at no charge, you pay only for return shipping and handling. (Proof of purchase from Modelflight must be provided). Modelflight cannot cover its products from accidental damage, general wear and tear, or crashes due to carelessness and/or the associated use of other accessories/power supplies and this remains at the discretion on Modelflight management.
