If you prefer to see your new product in person before you buy, the Modelflight Retail shop is located 130 Goodwood Road, Goodwood, Adelaide, South Australia. Overview
The New 2011 Freewing Cobra XT 70 Sports Jet was created with the sports jet pilot in mind. It was time to create an exhilarating , simple-to-fly , aerobatic performance sports jet at a price point that won't break the budget, the Cobra XT is now here!. Built from strong EPO foam and supplied with a unique easy-to-see decal set, assembly takes no more than 1 hour to complete. Charge your batteries, install your RX and you're up and flying, everything else is supplied and pre-installed in this amazing jet kit. Only two parts require glue, everything else is assembled with screws. It comes with five 9g servos installed, a 70mm fan with a 3000Kv outrunner motor, and a 45A ESC. Sports jets have now been taken to a new level of performance with the Freewing Cobra XT 70.
The battery compartment can accommodate up to a 3300mAH 4S LiPo battery packs with the removal of a plastic tab in the tray, personally we find 2200mAh-1600mAh creates the perfect C.O.G and reduces weight for maximum performance. The fixed tricycle landing gear includes a pre-installed nose wheel/steering module which can easily be removed to reduce drag for maximum speed flights and hand launches. Flights can be mild to wild depending on your personal setup on rates and expo. Rolls are crisp and tight, and the presence of a large rudder enables super slow rolls, point rolls, and amazing knife-edge flight.

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Model Flight team. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you within 12 months, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition under the following guidelines.
Returns Policy
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise. Radios must be returned with unmounted servos and switch harness.
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents. In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage the contents or packaging.
Please return your item to Modelflight with a completed Returns form.
Freight charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our shop.
Warranty
Modelflight also warrants to the original purchaser that any Modelflight purchase will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, or we’ll replace it at no charge, you pay only for return shipping and handling. (Proof of purchase from Modelflight must be provided). Modelflight cannot cover its products from accidental damage, general wear and tear, or crashes due to carelessness and/or the associated use of other accessories/power supplies and this remains at the discretion on Modelflight management.
