You can see stock availability, pre-order new and out of stock items, save items to a wish list for later, read and write reviews, and read articles, how-to guides and watch videos of the products in action! Our site is SSL security certified and we offer various payment methods to suit your needs.
We offer FREE DELIVERY within Australia on all purchases made over $200 and have an quick and easy returns policy if you change your mind about your purchase.
Shop In-Store
If you prefer to see your new product in person before you buy, the Modelflight Retail shop is located 130 Goodwood Road, Goodwood, Adelaide, South Australia. If you would like to collect something in-store that you have seen online, please call the store 08-8271-1816 and request the product to collect at your convenience.
There are FREE Parking facilities available and our knowledgeable and friendly staff are always on hand to give advice and help with your purchase.

Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
Thursday - 9.00am to 8.00pm
Saturday - 9.00 am to 5.00pm

We offer Free Road Delivery for all Australian orders over $200.
If you spend $200 or more on an order with Modelflight you could be eligible for FREE SHIPPING within Australia.
All items shipped free of charge will be sent via Road Freight. You can also upgrade your shipping method to express delivery for a small charge.
We estimate that all orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days if the item is in stock when your order is placed.
We offer a
great range of delivery services, specific to your location and purchase.
Model Flight reserves to right to upgrade the
freight method to a courier service at no extra cost to the recipient. Model Flight also reserves to right to cancel
an order if it deems the freight method is suitable to ensure the parcel
arrives in acceptable conditions.
Shipping for Australian Orders:
Please note that large or
heavy items CANNOT be shipped to PO Boxes. We must have a street address for any
item/parcel totaling over 5kg in weight or over 1050mm in length.

post - This is an ordinary postal service and is not insured and is used at the clients OWN RISK. No Tracking number exists. Modelflight cannot be held responsible once the purchase leaves our warehouse.

Couriers - We use a combination of (Air/Road) TOLL PRIORITY / AUST AIR
EXPRESS. These
services are insured and have online
track and trace systems. We can
authorize the couriers to 'Leave without signature' by your request, but this
invalidates any insurance for 'Lost' parcels showing a successful delivery.
***Important***....When placing either a web or phone order
please provide Modelflight with a Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
delivery address and a contact number that you can be reached on. Our
courier services can and do deliver to work addresses.
We have a great shipping calculator available to help you estimate shipping fees - just add to your cart then select "get shipping quote" or estimate shipping fee's in your shopping cart.
International Orders
Due to the Paypal Buyer protection scheme used for payments,
we reserve the right to cancel orders that have airmail as a freight option. Airmail does not have Insurance, Proof of
Delivery nor Online tracking as required for the Buyer protection
scheme.
If you are placing an international order and paying via credit card you
will need to provide a contact phone number for the card holder. This is
to ensure that orders are genuine and are being paid for with the card holders
consent.
Airmail orders over USD$100
WILL BE CANCELLED immediately without consultation.
All dispatched orders have an email notification automatically
sent to your email address provided with the order. If you do not receive any of these emails
then please add modelflight.com.au to your email programs 'Friends list' or
'Safe List' to stop it being deleted with SPAM. You may need to talk with your Internet Service Provider as they can
also accidentally 'Blacklist' domains that send a lot of emails.

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Model Flight team. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you within 12 months, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition under the following guidelines.
Returns Policy
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise. Radios must be returned with unmounted servos and switch harness.
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents. In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage the contents or packaging.
Please return your item to Modelflight with a completed Returns form.
Freight charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our shop.
Warranty
Modelflight also warrants to the original purchaser that any Modelflight purchase will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, or we’ll replace it at no charge, you pay only for return shipping and handling. (Proof of purchase from Modelflight must be provided). Modelflight cannot cover its products from accidental damage, general wear and tear, or crashes due to carelessness and/or the associated use of other accessories/power supplies and this remains at the discretion on Modelflight management.
