* Where can I download additional songs?

Other than the existing 90+ songs, you can download more songs from the on-Key Karaoke website: www.onkeykaraoke.com


* Can On-Key be programmed to display other languages?

Yes. On-Key Karaoke can be programmed to read and display songs on other languages such as japanese, korean, etc...


* Are the songs on the microphone licensed?

Yes. All our song on the mic are duly licensed with APRA.


* Where does the technology of On-Key Karaoke come from and where is it made?

On-Key Karaoke’s technology comes from IVL Technologies, a company based in Canada. IVL has delivered karaoke and vocal technology to consumer electronics, professional music and commercial karaoke markets since 1983. IVL has a wide network of manufacturing and distribution partners, an international sales presence and leads the world in providing consumers with the best possible karaoke experience.


* Does the mic have chips or cartridges like other videoke mics?

Yes, On-Key Karaoke has a slot for a chip to add more songs to your song list.


* Can you download songs to the mic or chip?

Yes, you can download both on the mic or on the chip/cartridge (SDK Card)


* How many songs can you put on the chip?

On-Key Karaoke chips/cartridges come in 25 , 50 , 100 , 250 and 500 song versions.


* What are the modes of payment for downloading songs?

There are two ways of paying the songs you download, thru a credit card, or by use of SONG CARDS which you can purchase and works like a typical pre-paid card.


* Can you delete songs from the mic or chip if you've reached it's maximum capacity and then add new songs?

The built-in or embedded songs from the mic cannot be deleted however, the songs you've downloaded to the mic are the ones that can be deleted and replaced. The songs on the chip cannot be deleted or replaced.


* What are the functions of On-Key Karaoke that other videoke microphones don't have?

The On-Key Karaoke videoke mic is the only videoke mic in the world that is internet enabled, allowing users to customize their players with songs that they like, unlike other mics that have tons of songs but most of the songs in it are either songs you don't know, or songs you know but don't like to sing! It also has the patented OnKey Karaoke Pitch Correction technology that when enabled, will automatically correct your pitch, in real-time, making you sound in-tune with the song you're singing.

The mic also has 5 reverb settings allowing you to sound like you're singing in the shower, or the auditorium, stadium, on a mountain top, or inside the house.
